LOXAHATCHEE GROVES, FLA – MAY 21, 2018 – Fired Up Pizza West, a fast-casual, build-your-own pizza restaurant, had their grand opening celebration on Saturday, May 19 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Fired Up Pizza West is located at 15673 Southern Blvd. in the new Publix plaza, located at the northwest corner of Southern Boulevard and Binks Forest Drive. The grand opening started off with a ribbon cutting with owner, Norman Rader, Loxahatchee Groves Town Council Member, Joyce Batcheler, and State Representative Matt Willhite.
In honor of Armed Forces Day, Seminole Ridge High School ROTC preformed a demonstration to recognize those who serve our country, while Carys Coleman, a fourth grader from Binks Forest Elementary School choir sang the Star Spangled Banner. Following the ribbon cutting festivities, the Binks Forest Elementary School choir also serenaded the crowd with two songs. Hourly giveaways, including Fired Up Pizza West gift cards and a family pizza party for 10 were given away to attendees.
The culture at Fired Up Pizza West starts with finding ways to continuously give back to the community. “We are so proud to be part of the western communities,” said Norman Rader, owner of Fired Up Pizza West, “The entire community has welcomed us with open arms and we are excited to be here for the long haul.”
