We’ve all heard that customer service can take you a long way, but how far does it get you in your restaurant? I’m here to say it goes extremely far, when an emotional connection develops between restaurants and their customers, a Harvard Business School study found those customers become 27% more valuable to restaurants. That means; people base most of their decision on whether the service is known for being great or terrible.                                      I’ve experienced first hand the effects one individual can have on customers by simply being Quick to Action, Showing a little Care, and always holding up a smile in the face of a Big Rush. These little positive mood changes when we’re dealing with our customers can really make people feel Noticed and Comfortable when dining in our store. Hearing Customers say “WOW, that was quick!” or “You look like A happy person” or they’ll say “Pizzas always taste better when you’re here!” to hear that from people you just cooked for. Those phrases… makes every positive effort worth every smile!

Building Community

I can tell you right now, Fired Up Pizza with now over 10,000 Reward Members and growing has assuredly Built More than just pizzas, but also built a beautiful little community of Pizza Lovers right here; on the fringe of  Loxahatchee Florida and West Palm Beach our banners stand tall and proud! Drawing guest in from all over, with a college down the street, A huge Hope Church, the Amazing Lion Country Safari Zoo, and a Paint Ball Park all on the same road! You tend to get a good assortment of Friendly Faces coming in looking for Hot & Fresh Pizza!              What really makes the pizzas taste great, is the People, on both sides of the glass. The amount of people we have that recognize the employees and really genuinely love to come eat pizza because He or She is here… is unfathomable. It makes me happy when I see our “Usuals” and they order they’re favorite Pizza. Their “Go-too” pizza, you know? and they leave So happy. Families come once a week like its tradition, employees from neighboring businesses enjoy their lunch breaks with us, even students unwind and indulge their senses with our stellar aesthetics of fast dining with pizza. From wherever our guest come, We at Fired Up have an always will welcome them with open arms and delicious pizza!
