Daniel Heil has been named Director of Operations at Fired Up Pizza West. In his new role, he will oversee the entire restaurant operation for Fired Up Pizza’s west location at 15673 Southern Boulevard in Loxahatchee Groves in the Publix shopping center at the northwest corner of Southern Boulevard and Binks Forest Drive.
Heil previously worked in the pizza industry in St. Louis at Imo’s Pizza for over twenty years. He most recently worked as the Food and Beverage Director at the Osceola County Stadium.
“Dan has a deep understanding of the pizza restaurant industry with strong leadership, and superior relationship management skills,” said Norman Rader, Co-Owner at Fired Up Pizza West. “We’re excited to have him join the team and help take our customer experience to the next level.”
Heil has more than 22 years of restaurant experience and recently joined the company in December.
